The factory spans a total area of 320 acres, and the company currently employs over 800 staff members, including approximately 150 middle and senior management personnel. The company has departments such as the Administration Department, Finance Department, Production Department, Sales Department, Technology Department, Research and Development Department, Quality Control Department, and Purchasing Department. Currently, the enterprise is divided into six major production department workshops, including the ball milling workshop, powder granulation workshop, molding workshop, printing workshop, sintering workshop, and edging workshop. Each production workshop is equipped with a supervisor and a technical supervisor, responsible for workshop management and product quality control. Management responsibilities are in place, and production is conducted in a compact and orderly manner. The company implements scientific and effective performance evaluations, strictly controls pollutant emissions, uses pure natural gas as the main fuel, and maintains a good production environment.

In addition, the factory has established a technology research and development center, which has recruited high-paid experts and scholars from universities and ceramic institutes to form an expert department. The department holds regular meetings to guide and evaluate major technical issues and key projects. The company actively collaborates extensively and deeply with institutions of higher learning such as Xiamen University, Qingdao University of Science and Technology, Jingdezhen Ceramic Institute, Jiangxi Ceramic Arts and Crafts Vocational and Technical College, Xuchang Ceramic Vocational College, Dehua Ceramic Vocational and Technical College, and has established long-term, stable, and good cooperative relationships and talent supply channels.
